Coach Luckie will be hosting a Volleyball Lock-In on Saturday, Aug. 3rd @ 6 p.m. Parents are invited to enjoy a dinner with the team. Afterwards, the COWGIRLS will have an overnight Lock-in filled with activities and team bonding! If you have any question or would like to RSVP, feel free to contact Coach Luckie on Remind. Grandfalls Royalty Athletes:
Football practice will start at 7 a.m. on Monday August 5th. We will also have another practice at 4 p.m. on that day as well. Practice starts at 7:00, so they need to be there about 10 minutes early to get workout stuff and be ready. They need running shoes and cleats for practice. This is the schedule we will use for the first week. We will try to have a midnight madness practice as well on August 10 at 12:01 a.m. Coach McVey will give updated times to the football players if needed. If you are a freshman, junior or you saw a doctor for a sports related injury; you will have to have a new physical before you can workout. Forms are in the office or in the gym with Coach McVey.

Athletic Physicals Needed:
Any student athlete grades 6, 7, 9 or 11 is required to have a physical before they can start 2-a-day workouts (for high school). If any student 7-12 saw a doctor for a sports injury they must get a new physical as well. Contact the front office if you have any questions.
